A while back... well, actually, it was six months ago - which is kinda bizarre in the grand scheme of things, now that I stop to think about it, because hello!!! to Real Time. Hm. I digressed. Again. Bad Ellie!!! So, a while back, I promised Shazling and Ms Gidj that I'd get off my laurels where I'd been idly snoozing and write them a follow-up to what was [at the time, don't know if it still is] Shazling's only semi-squick-fic.

And then I forgot all about it.

Because, really?!? I can be pretty absent-minded when I have a mind to be. Yet something happened the other day that made me remember the original pieces to this - well, okay, it was a conversation about a couple of the themes that ended up being included, but, y'know, I'm trying to be nice to y'all and keep this ramble pretty quick-stroll-ish. I was reminded, and then I went "oh, hold on... I said I'd write the third part to this!!!" and my brain was promptly beseiged with rapid bunnies waving carrot flavoured vodka at me.

Which probably does taste as horrid as it actually sounds, now I come to think of it.

But... yes. First part of the third part of the arc I seem to have taken to calling "This Side Of Me", because I like titles, dagnabbit!!! And the long-promised sequel to ["Simple"], which was in itself the sequel to ["Tease Temptation"]...

For Shazling [with vague warnings that bleach might be needed in the next couple parts], and Ms Gidj [with fingers crossed for today], with muchos amore to 'em both...
